the staff on the beach were helpful. ali and mustafa provided good service.
the balcony was small, a real letdown! it barely fit two chairs. plus, the 'sea view' mostly showed the hotel next door.

i found the staff very friendly. ali mostafa, THE barman, was amazing! he. the beach was super clean, ALWAYS kept clean. lifeguards and the towel center were very helpful.
the wifi signal dropped out from time to time.

repetitive foodunhelpful staff
the food felt repetitive with the same dishes offered daily the reception staff seemed unhelpful when i asked for assistance my room felt far from the main areas a considerable and tiring walk especially since i had requested a closer room due to a health condition i waited an unreasonable amount of time for the golf cart meant to transport us from the room to the restaurant it was frustrating especially with my daughters.

The rooms were clean and fragrant. There were MANY places to relax. The staff were helpful and friendly, always there when you needed them. The entertainers provided music and dancing. The ANIMATION was very nice.
The noise from other guests WAS a problem. Some played loud music. Some brought their own speakers.
